Hi! My name is John Hendershott, and I am brother #3 of the fitness queen, Jen Hendershott. Growing up, Jen and I were always close. Thanks to amazing parents and the support of our wonderful friends, we bring to you a family-run business. I will be running the Get Phat Online program and working as a trainer for “Live Phat for Men” for Get Phat Online. A couple of years ago, I was a daily smoker and a junk food junkie. Being overweight and unhealthy was all new to me since I had always been involved in sports and spent a lot of time outdoors being physical. I am now 36 years old and realize that living healthy is the better way to live.

I am excited to work in this industry and help represent what my sister believes in: Living Phit! I turned to my sister, Jen, when I realized that I needed a change. She wrote me a diet, and I quit smoking cold turkey and started exercising. I have lost 35 pounds, and it has changed my life in many ways. Not only has my appearance changed, but I sleep and feel better on a daily basis.
