Hello! I’m Latisha Wilder. I am a Phat Camp trainer and 2008 will be my second Year with the PC Unit. I am eagerly looking forward to another year of great camps and meeting all of you – the campers! The PC Unit is such a wonderful team of women and we are getting better with every year. 

Jen and I met in the gym in Columbus, OH. We were not instant friends, but grew to know one another over time. I have great respect and admiration for Jen. Jen is an amazing athlete, a motivator, and a woman of her word! I will always be thankful to Jen for sharing with me her personal experience in the Fitness Industry. My first experience with Phat Camp in Chicago (October 2006) was all that I needed to make me want to be apart of everything that Jen has to offer in Phat Camp.

This year the PC Unit is making a special contribution to the Phat Camp information packet. Each of us will be sharing an inside peak at our lifestyles. My section is for the competitor – entitled “Staying Fit NOT Fat in the Off-Season”. This snapshot will serve as a guide for a successful off-season for competitors at any level. I encourage you to read through the bios of all the staff. I am sure that there is someone that you may be able to personally identify with.

For all of you reading through the site trying to decide if Phat Camp is right for you… I have your answer – YES! You can’t find a better way to spend a weekend for yourself. I know that if you attend a camp you will be a better woman for it. I certainly am!
