Hello Phat Campers! It is such an amazing opportunity to bring to you another exciting tour for 2007. As you can see we will be very busy! We hope that you will take the time to read about Phat camp if you are on the fence about attending, you can get some questions answered here. Phat Camp has been growing from year to year and has been a huge success. I know that if you are a returning camper or a new camper you will love this weekend. Its not just working out and cardio but its full of motivation, education, and fun. You will learn so much and this camp is NOT just for competitors. This camp is a calling to ALL working moms, stay at home moms, athletes, trainers, you name it phat camp is for you. I have had women as young as 15 come with their moms and I have had women as old as 62 attend with their daughters.

This year we are offering two Co-ed camps so now you can bring your husbands, boyfriends, brothers, or friends. I have a male trainer that will be taking part in this weekend to help the guys out. More info coming soon!

For those of you who do not know me I am very passionate about my life and about my camps. I have been married for 5 years and with my husband Brian for 10. I am the only girl of 5 children and I am very close to my family. I love competing but a trophy does not establish who I am, the gift of helping others makes Jen Hendershott the person she is. I find satisfaction in helping others achieve their dreams. I hope you will come and share some time with me and let me become a part of your personal success.
