The deadline for cancelling will be 14 days out in the U.S . and Canada and it will be 30 days out from the Australia camps

If the camp is listed in as a City it does NOT mean it is in the city. Sometimes suburbs can more affordable , We try to accommodate everyone and want to be in the best facility for the camp.
