Hello potential campers, past campers and friends! Here is a bit of my background and some insight into why I am involved with Phat Camp and Jenny H. I work full time as a gas marketer, my husband and I own nutritional supplement stores (Popeye's Calgary) and I compete in Fitness.

I turned 30 - and the rest was meant to be...

    When I turned 30 I set a goal to compete in fitness but knew very little about the sport. In January of 2003 I found out about Jenny H's first "Fit Camp" that was to be held in Calgary, Alberta. I e-mailed Jenny H and Jen Stell and was encouraged to register for camp even though I wasn't a competitor and didn't really work out seriously. I remember feeling VERY intimidated the day I headed off to go to the gym. What an amazing experience - Jen was so down to earth and encouraging. I also met so many girls from the local community that have provided great support during and after the camp.

     I have been to every camp in Calgary - 2003, 2004 and 2005 and I hosted the camp in 2006 with my good friend Jen Stell! I tell people that going to this camp in 2003 changed my life - and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I am very excited to work with the team again and to get to know all of you.
